OMNINET is a family business from Eckental in the Nuremberg metropolitan region, founded in 1995. The management consists of Dr Joachim Lenzer and Markus Lenzer as managing partners and Michael Geyer as managing director for sales and communication. OMNINET develops and distributes the Business Process Ecosystem OMNITRACKER. This is a flexibly configurable, industry-independent complete software solution for business processes and practices, which can be extended with a range of modular standard applications.
The “ITSM Center” forms the core of OMNITRACKER and was the first tool worldwide to be certified by SERVIEW according to ITIL®4. This is IT service management software,
with which individual processes can be easily mapped. The editing is done either with the help of BPMN or the existing ITSM processes. In this way, the OMNITRACKER IT Service Management Center develops into a complete enterprise service management solution.
As a software partner with experience from over 750 customer projects, OMNINET offers comprehensive support in the development and implementation of digital projects. OMNINET accompanies its customers from needs analysis and implementation to legacy system migration and workflow optimisation. Technical support ensures that everything runs smoothly.
